Product & Production Capacity

PT. JAVA PACIFIC  has commenced HRC (Hot Rolled Coil) production in 2012 for the production capacity of 600.000 MT/year. Along with the development of the company to meet the market demand, starting in the mid of 2015 has been producing another 3 (three) types of coil namely : CRC (Cold Rolled Coil), Zinc Coated Coil and Aluminum-Zinc Coated Coil for the capacity of 250.000 MT/year.

By end of 2018 this Coated Coil production capacity will be doubled to 500.000 MT/year. CRC production process is using Continuous Tandem Machine, while Coating process is using Hot Dip Process.

Production Facilities

To be able to produce all products with specified standards and various of customer requirements, we have a Testing Laboratory as well as supporting machines such as Slit Machines which can produce wide range of width, Cut To Length Machine to meet the requirement of Cut Plate according to the desired size.
